Experience
Sue brings more than three decades of experience working within complex public health systems across Victoria, supporting leaders to strengthen organisational performance, financial sustainability and strategic capability. Her career has included senior roles in financial strategy, clinical costing and organisational performance within major health services, where she worked closely with executive teams on funding models, budget strategy, service planning and major organisational initiatives. Sue has advised leaders through complex operational and system challenges, contributed to strategic reviews and service redesign, and supported large-scale initiatives including transition planning for the $1.5 billion New Footscray Hospital redevelopment. This experience provides her with a practical understanding of the realities leaders face when aligning strategy, resources, people and systems to deliver sustainable healthcare services in complex environments.
